Started by Mr. Kevin Nkani in 2020, KERA FUNDAMENTALS (PTY) LTD is a South African based diversified healthcare market services provider.

In 2013, the Department of Health launched the Central Chronic Medicine Dispensing & Distribution program (CCMDD) aimed at making life easier for state patients in accessing their life-saving chronic medications. KERA has grown to become the biggest independent Pick-Up Point network provider to CCMDD, while servicing tens of thousands of patients across South Africa every month.

In 2025, KERA began providing other value-added services to it’s network of practices.
